De Vargas was one of the many guises of German trance producer Andreas Paul (Andy Jay Powell, Calderone, Savon, Devon, Kasai....), and like so many of his guises there were only ever 3 releases under this name. The Train was the second release with 3 remixes from the original artist, but for me was the Tom-X Remix the best.. Released in 2001 at Propeller Records (founded by Mind-X) and later ADN Progressive.
Andreas made some very solid melodic trance stuff in the late 90´s and early 00´s, should check him out for more..
