Mit welcher Kritik?

Kritik ist für mich, wenn sie Konstruktiv ist und sachlich bleibt.

Bei Dir sehe ich weder Kritik, noch Konstruktives, noch Sachlichkeit.

Das einzige was in deinem Beitrag steht sind sinnlos aneinandergereite Worte.

Lieber eine Grammy-Nominierung als mit Worten wie "Halbaffe" rumzuwerfen und zu zeigen wie wenig Respekt und Anstand man selber hat.

Vor allem haben die es nicht nötig sich mit Beleidigungen Strafbar zu machen.

Nochmal zur Information , Alex_de_Freitas wurde nicht gesperrt weil er seine Meinung gesagt hat, sondern weil er explizit mehr als 7 Rachebewertungen innerhalb von 5-6 Minuten gegen 2 Label, ein Projekt und einer Person getätigt hat. Das führt letztlich dann zur Sperre die in so einem Fall auch mehr als angebracht ist.

Seine Meinung sagen, ja das ist okay, aber absichtlich Label , Projekte oder Personen zu verunglimpfen ist eben NICHT okay.

Sowas ist inakzeptabel und muss auch nicht geduldet werden.

Ich finde das er nichts schlimmes gesagt hat. Zwar mag ich die Art von Kritik auch nicht, aber wenn er es nicht mag, dann ist es halt so.

Vocals sind teilweise echt mies, was mMn aber hier nicht der Fall ist.

Dann habt Ihr leider den Grund immer noch nicht verstanden! Ihr müsst mal lesen was man Euch schreibt und wie es gemeint ist.

Begründung ist wie folgt:

1. Die vielzähligen Kommentare erfolgten innerhalb von 6 Minuten
2. Seine Kommentare zielten ausschließlich auf mich , mein Label , Central Stage of Music und mein Projekt Hardcharger Vs. Aurora & Toxic ab
3. Andere Label und Künstler bleiben von seinen Kommentaren verschont, weil er sich dort nicht unbeliebt machen will
4. Ich bemängelte seine Art und Weise und sein gezielte vorgehensweise
5. Seine Kommentare in der Form, in der Geschwindigkeit und auch in der Art und Weise werden rechtlich nicht von der Meinungsfreiheit gedeckelt

Meinungsfreiheit ist eben nicht Meinungsfreiheit, sondern man muss schon darauf achten was von der Meinungsfreiheit gedeckelt wird und was nicht.
Die Art und Weise spielt ebenfalls eine Rolle, denn wenn hinter einer angeblichen Meinung eine beabsichtigte Verunglimpfung steckt, dann hat das mit Meinungsfreiheit nichts mehr zu tun.

Ich hoffe das Euch jetzt ein wenig klarer ist , weswegen eine Beschwerde bei Euch eingegangen ist.

Hardcharger is the producer of the project, which is correct. What personally goes to me, so I am the rights owner of this project and have these to represent and to implement. And I run as owner and rights holder of the label Good Source Recordings and this will accordingly represented as is customary according to the laws of our country. Also nice that you're trying to provoke me, but I understand that please just completely legally my projects that represent artists and my label. And I do this way in any allowed, how the rights of this country allow it.

And you will understand with certainty that I'm taking this here not personal, but here only for business related things take. I see it not from a private or personal assessment, but only as a business. And I have to do this because my artists can expect business partner of mine and may. If slurs are written down, it is perfectly legal in this thing to intervene and to request corresponding consequences and also to be expected.
